• Overhaul Protection for Trucks (OPT) guarantees that your engine will receive a certified overhaul by an authorized dealer. OPT covers a long list of engines and provides up to 2 years of additional warranty coverage on engine components that passed inspection or were replaced or repaired at the time of overhaul. The program covers dealer workmanship related to the overhaul and pays 100 percent of the parts and labor charges, with no deductible to repair or replace any qualified part. OPT can increase the value of your truck because it’s fully transferable.
• Extended Service Coverage (ESC) is an optional repair cost protection plan for owners of on-highway trucks powered by Cat engines, including engines with ACERT Technology. ESC features include: a coverage matrix up to 5 years or 500,000 miles; 100 percent of the parts and labor to repair engine damage resulting from the failure of covered components; coverage of lube oil, filter elements, hoses, seals and vee-belts or gaskets, if made unusable as a result of a covered failure; and increased resale value.
• Whether you already own a truck powered by a Cat engine or you’re purchasing a pre-owned truck, you can benefit from Advantage Extended Service Coverage.
