Requirements & Advantages:
- Students can earn a degree and graduate debt free
- Students graduate with almost a year of experience and start full time employment with higher wages
- Students complete a CAT dealer specific curriculum that allows them to excel in the dealership world
- Students can earn a California State Journeyman card from the California Department of Apprenticeship Standards
- Student: What is expected?
- Obtain and maintain a CAT dealer sponsor throughout the program
- Meet the internship expectations of their sponsoring CAT Dealer
- Participate in all learning activities at scheduled times
- Maintain a 2.0 GPA
- Maintain dealership attendance standards
- Be responsible for program costs
- Wear work uniforms, safety glasses and recommended personal safety gear
