I’m currently working in San Leandro’s main tractor shop. I just earned my Journeyman status and I’m happy about that.
I like that it’s an accelerated program and it's only 2 years for your degree. Plus the new technology I get to work with is amazing.
The teachers were awesome. They gave us a lot of advice and help. “I couldn’t ask for better teachers.” Peterson was great with helping pay for my schooling. I came in to work with a lot more knowledge from ThinkBIG compared to some people that I see from Wyotech or other programs.
During the two year program the student will devote approximately half of the time to their technical and academic education. The remaining time is for their on-the-job internship experience at their sponsoring CAT dealership.
