Scott Posey

Scott Posey manages Electric Power Sales, and he works as a point of contact with electrical engineers and contractors. He helps with the Design-Build process and selects electrical generators according to clients’ needs.

Scott completed his education in 1982 at Idaho State University where he studied Power Generation Technology, and he has expanded on his education through over 15 years of field service, along with different trainings including Caterpillar Certified Sales Training.

Now, Scott has over 25 years of experience in power generation, both in the field servicing a wide variety of generators and in power generation sales. Scott takes pride in obtaining repeat customers by providing an unmatched level of service before, during, and after a sale. He appreciates that Peterson’s reputation provides the opportunity for him to connect with new customers and build upon existing relationships through great service.
