Russell LaClair

Russell LaClair is a Product Support Sales Rep who has over 20 years of experience providing services on standby emergency power systems, gas generators, diesel generators, and natural gas generators.

Russell attended Shasta College where he received a degree in Automotive and Diesel Mechanics Technology, and he furthered this knowledge as a Field Service Technician where he performed maintenance, load bank testing, megger testing, repairs, upgrades, and other services.  This background provides a base of experience for his current role as a Product Support Sales Rep.

Russell’s mechanical background allows him to understand customer issues, helping him to provide custom solutions. Russell works to build excellent working relationships with his customers, and he aims to always provide customers with all the information needed to make the appropriate decision.
