Peterson Power Systems, Inc. will remain open at all locations during our normal business hours while the outbreak is in effect. As an essential provider, we will continue to sell, rent, and support equipment while being sensitive to our community's needs.

Because our customers’ operations are vital to public health—we proudly support hospitals, utility providers, and other essential services—we will continue performing planned maintenance of all our customers’ equipment as scheduled. If you need to change or cancel a scheduled service, please call us immediately.

In addition to minimizing person-to-person contact at our stores on on-site during scheduled services, we are:

  • Fully sanitizing everything we rent or repair. All operator's areas, handles, levers, etc. will be cleaned before and after delivery to our customers.
  • Eliminating in-person sales calls until further notice. Our sales team will work to get you what you need via phone consultations for the next few weeks.
  • Postponing all scheduled customer training and events. We'll be sure to get in touch when they're rescheduled!
  • Sending sick and high-risk employees home. We are also asking employees whose family members are sick to stay home.

Most importantly, our staff will follow the basic instructions from the Centers for Disease Control: we're thoroughly washing our hands, cleaning our facilities, and making sure anyone who is sick gets the rest he or she needs to feel better.

This is a developing situation. It could change at any time. We'll let you know if we have additional news in the next few weeks. Please feel free to reach out to your Peterson rep if you have any questions.
