RAM monitors your system 24/7, and then sends you notifications via text or email when system faults occur. You can then share this information with Peterson Power Systems, Inc. for diagnosis, troubleshooting, and field service—our factory-trained technicians can inspect your system remotely and recommend repairs (as needed) entirely over the phone!
