This is a Rental Agreement. It shall not be construed as a purchase and sale agreement for the Rental Equipment or provide Customer with any option to purchase the Rental Equipment. The terms and conditions of this Rental Agreement also fully apply to any parts and/or products purchased for use with the Equipment rented.
